Outing

I believe most of your projects have been handed in and examinations are around the corner. I think we need to destress and have our own outing.

Last year was quite sad, we only had one outing prior to FOC, that was to have roti prata and Jalan Kayu and head home, quite sad isn't it.

Anyone has any ideas on what to do this time around? I can give a few ideas but its up to you to think whether its feasible.

1. A casual dinner.
2. A picnic (I heard Larrina's cooking skills are fantabulous!)
3. Steamboat @ Marina South
4. BBQ
5. Shopping trip

Anyone has better ideas please suggest.

Packing Day

I have to admit that logistics people are the smartest people around.

When there's work to be done, we shun from it. When it's time for slack, we become too engrossed with it. Haha.

I am glad none of you turned up for packing day as there were more than enough people. It's true that many hands make light work, but today was too many cooks spoiling the broth.

An outing would be suitable after 23 January when I have submitted all my projects! Someone please volunteer to be organizer of the outing. We can go shop for my new year clothes!

Excos of TPSU would like the main committee of OTC to be involved as a helpers together with the GLs and subcomittees for the packing of Open House goodie bags. It is compulsory for all GLs and subcommittees (Program, Logistics and Foodmin) to come for the event to assist
I-guides in their efforts to pack the goodie bags for the next biggest event in TP, the TP Open House. Please mention seriousness of attendance to this event to the GLs as this will be used as a criteria for the final list of GLs to attend FOW/FOC.

Time:10am - 5pm
Dress code: (GLs) White tee-shirt, (Subcoms) Red tee-shirt, Jeans/Bermudas

OTC 05/06

I hope everyone spent 4 fruitful days at the camp.

I really would like to thank all of you who worked with me during the camp.

Ah Fat, Denise, Larrina, Janice, Linda, Chewy, Suting and Angel for bringing so much laughter.
The rest of you are not forgotten, Adeline, Cindee, Ah Moy, Sally, Dom, Xiao Di, Guo Long, Tor Tai, Xiao Toot, Da Toot, Tiang, Wesley, Victor, Keith, Ah Boon, Justin, Raymond and Nai Ma.

Whether this would be my last camp in TP, I am not really sure. But if I do come back for FOC, it would be strictly just for you guys who made my camp tenure so enjoyable. I have not shed tears and made my farewell speech yet!

Till then, have a blessed new year in 2006. See all of you in school.
